Born and raised in China, Jumbo Tsui works between Tokyo and London. After moving to Paris, he discovered photography by chance and soon established himself internationally. With roots in gaming culture, anime, and design, his work blends disciplines to push beyond traditional fashion imagery. His practice continues to shape new narratives in contemporary fashion and visual storytelling.
Jumbo’s selection documents mass- produced objects that echo human forms, captured spontaneously with an iPhone. Found across cities worldwide, these images trace a personal map of encounters, movement, and memory. The series reflects on renewal and transformation, revealing how ordinary objects can hold traces of identity and lived experience.
